फारुख कहते हैं कि 370 हटाने के केंद्र सरकार के फैसले के खिलाफ देश भर में कई लोगों ने आवाज उठाई है। तृणमूल कांग्रेस, कांग्रेस नेता कपिल सिब्बल, पी चिदंबरम, शरद पवार और सीताराम येचुरी ने मुखर होकर बात रखी है। यहां तक कि शिवसेना ने भी भाजपा से पूछा है कि 370 हटाने से आपको क्या मिला। देश भर से आवाजें उठ रही हैं कि घाटी में अन्याय हुआ है। उनका कहना है कि कश्मीर में जो हुआ है, उसे लेकर हम शांत तो नहीं बैठेंगे।

हम जम्मू-कश्मीर में लोगों को उनकी समस्याओं से बाहर निकालना चाहते हैं और चाहते हैं कि राज्य में सम्पन्नता बनी रहे। जब सभी नेता आजाद होंगे, तब हम मिलेंगे और बैठकर अपना राजनीतिक एजेंडा तय करेंगे। 370 हटने के बाद के हालातों पर घाटी के अब्दुल्ला कहते हैं कि हर व्यक्ति जानता है कि घाटी में क्या हुआ है।

राज्य में सुरक्षा का माहौल तैयार करना सरकार की जिम्मेदारी

उन्होंने कहा कि लोग बुरी परिस्थिति में हैं। जो हुआ है उसके बाद यहां लोगों की लोकतंत्र पर आस्था कम हुई है। मैंने 5 अगस्त को एक मीटिंग बुलाई थी, जिसमें इस विषय पर चर्चा होनी थी। लेकिन मीटिंग ही नहीं होने दी गई। गुपकर डिक्लेरेशन हमारा प्रमुख एजेंडा है।

पीडीपी प्रमुख महबूबा मुफ्ती की नजरबंदी से भी हम आहत हैं। घाटी में पंच-सरपंच और राजनीतिक कार्यकर्ताओं पर हुए हमलों पर अफसोस जताते हुए वे कहते हैं कि इन हमलों की भर्त्सना होनी चाहिए। ये सरकार की जिम्मेदारी है कि वह राज्य में सुरक्षा का माहौल तैयार करे।
